※Managing our own Logistics program “HLMS”
- Support management reviews and HQ reporting requirements.
- Analyze logistics trends (volumes, modes, costs) and forecast future requirements.
- Support Finance in monthly closing, cost variance analysis, and profit/loss review.
- Contacting with Korean managers and reporting on the issue of program.
- Ensure data integrity and standardize operation master data (port codes, route tables, cost codes).
- Manage and review contracts and service- level agreements (SLA) with logistics providers.
- Handle escalations, exceptions, and urgent shipments with proactive communication to customers.
- Diagnose and collect the issue of HLMS and deliver to KOREA HQ.
- Prepare logistics performance reports, cost analyses, and planning summaries.
- Candidates with a background in logistics are preferred.
- Analyze total logistics cost structure and identify improvement opportunities.
※Experience in set up and fix computer or software
- Replace and install components and parts for printers and photocopiers.
- Fix basic computer errors, printer malfunctions, and photocopier issues.
- Install and repair basic computer units.
- Prepare reports on machine conditions and completed tasks.
- Perform regular maintenance and repair various types of printers and photocopiers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems of printers and photocopiers.
- Instruct staff on proper usage and maintenance of machines.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Agile style, polite attitude, good communication and information transfer skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, ... and related software.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to write reports in English.
- University graduate with major in IT.
- 1- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, self- controlled, careful, meticulous and responsible for work.
