IT Support (40%)
Providing technical support across the company
Troubleshoot system devices problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
Priorities and manage many open cases at one time
Setup new PC, Laptop & software license policy in SEHC
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
IT Asset/Investment Management (30%)
Handle Asset management for IT device
Provide forecast, report of IT device, IT investment and scales to Line managers and higher level (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)
Other IT support tasks (30%):
Work on other tasks assigned by managers
Work on other tasks assigned by managers
Manage IT Security Policy with Head Quarter/Regional Head Quarter
Troubleshoot PC/OA issue for normal staffs
Training other members about related job, technical skills, IT security, IT policy.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
Team- oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
Good troubleshooting skills.
