IT Support Engineer/ Network Engineer

Network ( 70%)

Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions
Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, CUCM, WLC…)
Work closely, communicate findings with team, RHQ and HQ when issues occur
Work with stakeholders to install network cabling infrastructure and conduct inspection.
Deploy and provide inspection for IT network systems
Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

Keep track of network issues to record incident report

1 Year of experience in network support
CCNA, CCNP (Advantage).
Hands- on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
Good troubleshooting skills.
We are also welcome Fresh graduates from University with related majors
Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., STP, IPSEC, HSRP, OSPF, 802.1X, QoS, WIFI, VoIP, )
Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
