IT Support Specialist/Helpdesk

Support IT setup for new stores, new offices, and related expansion projects.
Perform timely upgrades and maintenance of workstation hardware and software.
Configure and modify local workstation settings, utilities, and software as needed.
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral devices, and software applications.
Provide helpdesk support and ensure user issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction.
Document internal IT procedures and ensure processes are followed consistently.
Maintain updated inventory of all IT equipment, software, and licenses.
Manage and provide support for the POS system.
Ensure each workstation is fully equipped with necessary hardware and peripherals.
Monitor, prioritize, and respond quickly to requests received through the helpdesk system.
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images, and software packages.
Support onboarding of new users, including account setup and workstation preparation.
Report technical issues and system concerns to the IT Manager.
Maintain and utilize helpdesk tracking software for accurate documentation.
Yêu cầu công việc
2 to 5 years of relevant technical support experience; experience in chain- store operations is an advantage.
Good English communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Strong troubleshooting skills and service- oriented mindset.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
