IT Support

Job Description:

Set up and configure laptops, PCs, printers, and office equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT equipment inventory.
Assist with basic system tasks: user accounts, access rights, monitoring.
Support simple database tasks (run queries, backup/restore, data checks).
Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Job Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in IT Support or similar roles.
Experience with Linux, cloud platforms, or IT asset tools
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Basic SQL/database knowledge.
Eager to learn system and infrastructure tasks.
Basic understanding of networks and system administration.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and office tools.
