IT Helpdesk & End- User Support:
Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for employees.
Respond to and resolve user- reported technical issues related to computers, software, and peripheral devices.
Perform repair and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
System and Network Administration:
Maintain security infrastructure and ensure IT compliance standards are met.
Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi- Fi networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Manage systems such as Domain Controller, Email, Website, Portal, and File Servers.
ERP System Support:
Support the operation and administration of the company’s ERP system.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless ERP performance and successful project delivery.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Incident Response:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
Continuously monitor server and network infrastructure for performance, failures, and vulnerabilities.
Replace or upgrade hardware components when repair is not possible.
Network & Internet Security:
Respond to and resolve network- related security incidents.
Maintain and update firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.
Proactively prevent threats such as data leakage, malware, and system vulnerabilities.
Implement security measures to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
User Training & Documentation:
Support employees in using internal tools and technologies efficiently.
Provide user training and documentation for common IT systems and applications.
Yêu cầu công việc
Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking principles, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Experience with ERP systems (implementation or administration) is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor’s or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in system/network administration or IT support roles.
Relevant certifications are a plus.
