Perform other duties as required by superiors.
Direct Hotline counseling/receiving calls, emails, messages (email, chat, voice) from customers to answer questions, support to resolve customer complaints about products and services on the e- commerce platform.
Update information on the system.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). The JLPT N1 or N2 if have time live/study in Japan
Loud & clear voice.
Having experiences in customer services is an advantage.
Graduated High School or higher education.
