Java Developer

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define requirements and design new features.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot and Struts.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
• Work closely with Japanese clients to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Maintain code quality through clean coding practices, proper organization, and automation.

• Strong experience with SQL.
• At least 2 years of experience in Java development with Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.
• Experience working with Japanese clients and handling related documentation is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience in document design is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Waterfall model is a plus.
