Troubleshooting and bug fixing

Implement backend environment, database, caching
Ability and willingness to work some flexible hours

Work with internal teams to centralize information and propose the best solution.
Optimizing performance

Build up integration environment between callcenter and AI system.

At least Bachelor&039;s or Engineer&039;s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Golang, Java, C nice to have
Have analyze & problem solving skill
Have experience on Data streaming knowledge
Strong interest and promote technology trends
Having good communication and problem- solving skills.
Good skill in English (plus)
Ability to read documentation in English
Frontend skill is plus
At least 1 years working backend/fullstack experience programming languages in VOIP or Callcenter environment
