Junior Marketing Manager

- Lead new product development efforts aligned with category strategies by adopting a wide helicopter view and maintaining a strong consumer- centric approach.
- Ensure to achieve brand objectives and consistently maintained the enforcement of brand standard in all aspects of marketing activities, including launch of new brands & products.
- Prepare annual and five- year strategic plans that align with brand objectives and category performance targets
.- Manage GTN (Gross- to- Net) investment strategy, prioritizing based on ROI and growth potential.
- Make provision and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds.
- Ensure excellence in marketing activation, including touchpoint prioritization and go- to- market execution for new products
.- Collaborate with Director and other departments to create strategies and plans for new products and brands
.- Compile management reports and conduct detailed analysis to track brand health, market share, product performance, pricing information, and overall category trends.
- Develop overall strategy, oversees campaigns, analyzes performance, and ensures brand consistency for Ecommerce channel.
- Coordinate with sales team to setup and define sales incentive, trading term, trade campaigns, merchandising planogram for distributors/ supermarkets/ direct customers/ others.
- Respond promptly to all consumer enquiries related to assigned brands or categories.
- Setup and manage selling price for all channel.
- Other assignments from Director.
- Register all promotion programs with Industry & Trade Department of province / cities in Vietnam.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Marketing or Business Administration- Working Experience: at least 3 years of experience in working in similar position of relevant fields- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese language- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels- Communication and leadership skills- Budget- management skills and proficiency- Ability to think creatively and innovatively- Sense of aesthetics, dynamic, proactive- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets- Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement- Having experience in building integrated marketing strategies- Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline.
