We’re Hiring: Junior Merchandiser (Handbag Division)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail- driven and proactive Junior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our handbag collections to life — from sourcing and sampling to ensuring production excellence. If you love fashion, precision, and the thrill of turning design into reality, this is your calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Development

Identify and liaise with reliable factories for embellishment and handbag production.
Manage all sample and SMS material orders and track deliveries.
Coordinate with sampling and production managers to translate design specs into prototypes.

Supplier & Sub- Contractor Coordination

Review mock- ups and samples to ensure they meet client specifications.
Work with sub- contractors (printing, embroidery, etc.) to ensure timely sample development and delivery.

Costing & Documentation

Update and revise BOMs according to client feedback or revised samples.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and Cost Breakdown (CBD) for all samples.

Production Handover & Follow- Up

Track production progress and follow up with suppliers for on- time delivery.
Coordinate with QC and Packing departments on any client- specific requirements.
Ensure all approved samples and specifications are properly handed over to production.

Support Tasks

Assist in managing raw materials and finished goods inventory.
Provide support to the Directors for assigned tasks and ad- hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with initiative and problem- solving mindset.
1–2 years of experience in merchandising or production for handbags or fashion accessories.
Detail- oriented with strong follow- up and time- management abilities.
Strong understanding of material sourcing, sampling, and production processes.
Excellent communication ( English and Vietnamese) and coordination skills .

Performance Indicators:

Problem- solving and decision- making skills under tight timelines.
Ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks effectively.
Accuracy and efficiency in executing merchandising tasks.
