Junior - Middle AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated training, testing, and deployment.
Train models on NVIDIA GPUs, optimizing performance with CUDA, TensorRT, and mixed precision.
Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain MLOps pipelines, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring across the AI system.
Build custom datasets from real- life data, including preprocessing, cleaning, and annotation.
Deploy models across multiple environments — local apps, on- prem servers, and cloud platforms.
Focus on optimization and security, minimizing inference latency, memory footprint, and maximizing throughput.
Research and design AI models and algorithms with custom layers and advanced techniques to solve real- world problems.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Python and familiarity with other modern programming languages.
• Comfortable reading and writing technical documentation in English and collaborating in an English- speaking team.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and self- driven, with a strong desire to explore and learn emerging AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, time series, RAG model.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Hands- on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and evaluating model performance.
• 1–3 years of experience in software or AI- related development.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a Tech Lead within a team- based AI/ML project environment.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Databricks) or data analysis tools (e.g., pandas).
Knowledge of MLOps tools.
Knowledge of AI Cloud (AWS) is a plus.
