Junior Project Manager

Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to prepare regular project status and performance reports.
Define and monitor project milestones, proactively address risks and delays, and realign schedules and expectations when necessary.
Prepare, update, and revise project plans and proposals, including objectives, technologies, system requirements, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
Develop and execute project communication plans, providing timely status updates to stakeholders and relevant teams.
Manage assigned IT projects to ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget.

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office 365.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
PMP certification or knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks is a plus.
At least 6 months- 1 year of experience in software project management or a related role.
Responsible, enthusiastic, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and decision- making skills.
Strong skills in planning, monitoring, task allocation, and risk management.
Solid understanding of and hands- on experience with software development processes.

Salary, Bonus & Allowances

Salary range: 10,000,000 – 14,000,000 VND (open, negotiable based on experience and competency).
Salary review twice a year or ad- hoc based on performance evaluation.
Overtime (OT) payment in accordance with company policy.
For business trips: travel allowance, including accommodation, meals, and transportation support.
Guaranteed 13th- month salary, year- end bonus, project bonuses, etc.
