Junior Regulatory Specialist

This position will provide basic regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.

Core Responsibilities:

Regulatory Support

• Interact with functional teams to complete RAPS activities

• Respond to requests from internal and external clients

• Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data

• Assist Specialists as necessary

• Generate technical reports and declarations for internal and external clients

Self- Development

• Participate in on- the- job training with a view towards progressing to Specialist role

Academic Background:

• University / Bachelor’s Degree in scientific or technical area (preferred Chemistry, Bio- Chemistry, Toxicology or related degree (i.e., Pharmacology)

Professional Experience:

• Some previous experience welcome

Technical Skills:

• Good English, local language essential

• Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products

• Basic understanding of business processes and internal systems

• Basic knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
