Junior Sales Engineer (Ho Chi Minh City)

This is a full- time Junior Sales Engineer position based in Ho Chi Minh City, representing BWT and IQAir Vietnam. The role combines technical expertise with customer- facing responsibilities to promote and sell advanced water and air filtration solutions. The Junior Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, and supporting the implementation of technical solutions. This includes conducting site visits, providing technical consultations, preparing proposals, and contributing to the overall sales growth and revenue targets in the HCMC area.
Role Description
• Keep up to date with products and competitors
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services
• Assist in identifying customer needs and providing appropriate technical solutions
• Expand client data base
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical demonstrations
• Prepare sales proposals, technical documents, and quotations under senior guidance
• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
