Design and run employer- branding campaigns to enhance the company’s image in the local and industry talent markets.
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a smooth and positive journey for applicants.
Candidate Screening: Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified individuals.
Build long- term relationships with universities, vocational institutes, and professional associations to expand talent pipelines.
Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively developing a pool of potential candidates for future roles.
Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess skills and fit.
Talent Sourcing: Actively searching for candidates through job boards, networks, and headhunting.
And another task asign by Line Manager
Organize and attend campus events and job fairs to reach target candidate segments.
Needs Analysis: Collaborating with managers to understand specific job requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience in building performance management and compensation systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, HR compliance practices, and HR system workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Labor Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good interpersonal and problem- solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or HRBP roles in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proficiency in English or Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with regional teams and support expatriate integration
