Key Account E-Commerce Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Monitor platform performance, sales reports, and consumer insights to optimize sales strategies.
Manage day- to- day operations of online sales channels (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Plan and implement promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product listings to drive traffic and conversions.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of online campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
Analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate with platform representatives on campaigns, promotions, and commercial terms to maximize visibility and profitability.
Develop and execute e- commerce sales strategies across online platforms to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data- driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E- Commerce, or related fields.
Leadership and team management skills are preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e- commerce, online sales, or digital marketing (experience with major platforms is a plus).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis tools.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with platform representatives.
