Boost sales by analyzing the business and taking action to maximize potential.
Develop and implement performance reports.
Responsible for receivables and revenue consolidations for reconciliation.
Manage operation excellence to ensure perfect store online target.
Deploy company side projects with team.
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Ensure that the promotion framework and visualization are implemented accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage end- to- end order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Work with clients to plan demand forecasts and ensure smooth goods delivery.
Collaborate with clients, platforms, and internal teams to create and execute a monthly business plan and ensure perfect execution.

Education background requirements: Bacher’s degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience/Industry requirements:
Data driven & proficient in data analysis, with a focus on achieving results.
1+ years working experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industries like Omni, eCommerce, FMCG/ Health & Beauty.
Highly self- motivated, proactive, and action oriented.
Skilled in multi- tasking, performing well under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.
Strategic thinking and problem- solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
Experience in Beauty Tech, FMCG, and Health & Beauty chains is a plus.
Strong skills in customer management & development; customer relationship building; negotiation; sale and effective communication, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
