Scope of work:
Receive and process orders from the Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare regular performance reports to track business outcomes.
Develop in- depth knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long- term client relationships.
Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools.

Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
Intermediate in English
Detail- orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow- through
At least 2 years of related experience in sales/key account management

Bachelor’s degree
