Key Account Executive - Korean Segment

MAIN PURPOSE: The primary purpose of this role is to drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients within the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector, while ensuring excellent account management and client satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver seamless service, maximize revenue opportunities, and strengthen long- term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILIITIES:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new clients in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sectors such as catering, cleaning, security, maintenance, and related services for offices, residential buildings, factories, hotels, schools, and public institutions.
- Identify cross- selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and business associations to close sales effectively.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal Vietnamese Key Account Executives/Managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, especially for Korean accounts.
- Research market trends and new business opportunities.
- Leverage client networks to expand business reach.
- Negotiate contracts following company policies.
Account Management:
- Act as the main contact for key clients, resolving complex issues and managing strategic discussions.
- Develop tailored account plans to enhance client loyalty and business growth.
- Work with cross- functional teams (Operations, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to resolve client- related issues efficiently.
- Participate in client events, marketing activities, and project deployments as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
- Experience in sales, business development and/or service industries.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Korea and English.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Korean cultural background, residing in Vietnam.
- Minimum of 2 years of operational or sales experience in corporate services.
- Skilled in communication, presentation, and effective problem- solving.
