Lead, coach & develop the Key Account Executive (KAE) team
Build and maintain long- term partnerships with decision- makers & KOLs
Ensure business growth through product listing expansion and social insurance coverage inclusion
Manage and develop strategic accounts, KOLs in healthcare industry.
Drive promotion action planning and account engagement
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Medical/Pharmaceutical University)
Strong knowledge of Government / Market / Industry / Products
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (KAM/ ASM/DSM), or 4 years as a KAE/Medical Representative in multinational pharmaceutical companies will be an advantage
Proficiency in English is a must
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
Strong planning, organizing, and leadership abilities
Experienced in market access activities with good understanding of product listing and reimbursement procedures
Skilled in Account Engagement, Key Account Planning, and Customer Relationship Management
Willing to travel provinces
