Key Responsibilities
International Market Development
Support the appointment and onboarding of new distributors or agents where required.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt product assortments and commercial strategies to Clients’ needs.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in each region.
Drive expansion in assigned international regions.
Account Management & Growth
Define and execute account plans to achieve sales, margin, and distribution targets.
Manage and develop a portfolio of key international accounts (distributors, retailers, contract/projects).
Identify upselling, cross- selling, and new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Build strong, long- term relationships with senior decision- makers and buying teams.
Commercial & Negotiation
Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets for key accounts.
Ensure profitability and alignment with overall company strategy.
Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, including pricing, assortment, forecasts, and commercial agreements.
Product & Project Management
Support large- scale outdoor furniture projects (hospitality, residential, commercial) from specification to delivery.
Work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches and availability.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
Report regularly on account performance, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure high service levels.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights and improvement opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills
Experience
Proven experience in furniture
Minimum 5–8 years experience as a Key Account Manager or International Sales/Sales Export.
Experience working with diverse cultures and markets.
Strong track record achievements international B2B accounts.
Skills & Competencies
Strategic mindset with hands- on execution capability.
Excellent relationship- building and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and markets simultaneously.
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
