Location: Ho Chi Minh City Office (Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien, District 2)
Working hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours/day)
Position: Key Account Manager / Sales Manager – Modern Trade
Job Objective
To manage and expand the Modern Trade (MT) channel in line with the company’s strategy, ensuring sales targets, profitability, and market growth. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with MT customers, leading contract negotiations, and managing the MT Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Manage and expand the MT customer system (supermarkets, CVS, grocery chains).
Negotiate contracts, trading terms, and promotional programs with Buyers.
Conduct market analysis on competitors and consumer trends; propose business solutions.
Manage AR, resolve customer complaints, and ensure service quality.
Build, train, and develop the MT Sales team.
Coordinate with Marketing and cross- functional teams to execute sales activities, activation, display, and sampling.
Monitor and analyze sales performance; prepare periodic reports for the Sales Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in managing the MT channel within FMCG.
Proactive, results- driven, and able to work under high pressure.
Proficient in MS Office; English communication is an advantage.
Strong leadership, training, and team management abilities.
Strong knowledge of MT distribution systems and established network with Buyers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision- making skills.
