Job Description – Key Account Manager (Smallbox Channel)
This role focuses on building strong, long- term partnerships with Smallbox customers, driving
sustainable sales growth, and delivering channel- specific strategies. The Key Account Manager
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Smallbox accounts, including
wholesalers, distributors, and key independent retailers.
• Build and execute channel- specific business plans to drive sales growth, distribution,
assortment, and visibility within the Smallbox channel.
• Analyze FMCG market dynamics, shopper behavior, and sales performance to identify
growth opportunities and optimize pricing, promotions, and product mix.
• Lead commercial negotiations with customers, including trade terms, promotions, and
joint business plans.
• Ensure excellence in execution at store level by working closely with field sales,
merchandising, and operations teams.
• Collaborate closely with Smallbox SKAM, Logistics, and cross- functional teams to ensure
product availability, service level achievement, POSM readiness, and successful campaign
execution.
• Manage trade plan, investment and promotion budgets effectively, monitor ROI, and
ensure all spending aligns with approved business objectives and customer agreements.
• Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular business reviews and
forecasts.
• Coordinate day- to- day customer service activities, promptly addressing issues and
ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross- functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales &
Operation teams to deliver aligned commercial objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Strong Key Account Management experience, with proven ability to manage and grow
high- value customers.
• High learning agility, collaborative approach, growth- oriented mindset, proactive,

• Strong commercial planning background with analytical and strategic thinking
