Key Account Manager (Thai-speaking)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build senior relationships at feed mills/animal- health companies and navigate multi- stakeholder decision- making (technical + procurement + operations).
Conduct product demos and basic user onboarding (field + customer site), coordinating sampling workflow and success criteria.
Own the commercial plan for Vietnam + Thailand accounts: target list, account tiers, meeting cadence, and quarterly forecasts.
Run the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → technical demo → pilot/trial → close → reorder/expansion.
Represent Forte Biotech at industry events in Vietnam/Thailand (as needed) and support partner enablement sessions.
Manage negotiations (pricing, terms, delivery timelines) and drive timely PO conversion and collection follow- through.
Maintain clean CRM data (pipeline stages, next steps, notes) and provide weekly/monthly reporting to leadership.
Coordinate with internal teams on inventory readiness, demo materials, training content, and customer feedback loops.
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION
Interpret during meetings and translate customer- facing materials when needed
Fluent in Thai (spoken and written)
English: well- written and spoken at a professional working level
REQUIREMENTS
Based in Ho Chi Minh City (or ready to relocate rapidly).
Comfortable with consultative selling and customer- facing demos/trials (field + lab/QA environments).
Thai language (business- level): can sell, negotiate, and write follow- ups in Thai; English for internal communication and documentation.
Strong negotiation, relationship- building, and pipeline discipline; can hit targets while protecting pricing integrity.
Proven ability to manage a territory with frequent travel and self- directed scheduling.
Valid driver’s license preferred (or demonstrated ability to travel independently for field coverage).
3+ years of B2B sales experience in at least one: technical sales, diagnostics/test kits, veterinary/animal health, feed & nutrition, lab supplies, food safety.
