Job Description
Take care of and maintain long- term relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Customer Service, Accounting, Technical, etc.) to ensure a smooth renewal/upgrade process.
Answer customer inquiries related to products, pricing, policies, and promotional programs.
Proactively contact existing customers via phone, email, and chat (Zalo/Facebook/CRM, etc.) to upgrade service packages.
Prepare sales reports and customer status reports as required by management.
Requirements
Ability to work with targets/sales KPIs.
Experience in Online Sales, Telesales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection- handling skills.
Proficient in online tools (chat, email, basic CRM
