Key Account Supervisor (Field Force)

Project Execution
Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress and resolve operational issues during project implementation.
Ensure field execution activities are carried out in compliance with project standards, guidelines, and quality requirements.
Implement and supervise field force projects at the market level in accordance with approved plans and timelines.
Field Staff Management
Provide on- site guidance, training, and daily supervision to ensure execution quality.
Evaluate staff performance and recommend adjustments when necessary.
Manage, assign, and monitor the performance of field staff (PG, Auditor, Field Staff, Supervisors, etc.).
Data Management & Reporting
Use Excel to track project progress, execution quality, and KPIs.
Prepare and submit project reports to management and/or clients as required.
Collect, consolidate, and control field execution data.
Client & Internal Coordination
Act as the key contact point for assigned projects.
Coordinate closely with Operations/ Project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project- based environments.
Good organizational, problem- solving, and field supervision skills.
5+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or field marketing in FMCG or related sectors.
Strong background in field force, retail execution, or merchandising solutions.
Experience in field staff management is highly preferred.
Experience in POSM implementation, audit projects, or field force operations.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting.
