Kid Club Attendant

Primary Responsibilities

Greet and welcome the guest warmly and efficiently/ Nồng nhiệt chào đón khách.

Practice the standards of quality service to promote positive atmosphere in the Kid’s Club/ Thực hiện theo đúng tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng dịch vụ để tạo bầu không khí tích cực tại phòng trẻ.
Prepare all material and office supplier for the daily operation/ Chuẩn bị thiết bị và vật dụng cho hoạt động hàng ngày.
To maintain the materials of the Kid&039;s Club in good condition and to ensure its proper use in a safe manner/ Đảm bảo vật dụng trong phòng trẻ được bảo quản trong điều kiện tốt và đảm bảo được sử dụng an toàn.
Make sure all tasks given by the direct supervisor are accomplished according to the standards of quality and presentation/ Đảm bảo hoàn thành những công việc mà giám sát trực tiếp giao phó theo đúng tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng dịch vụ.

To constantly give information to guest in regards to events happening daily in the Recreation Department and contribute to new ideas for kid’s activities/ Thông báo với khách những thông tin mới liên quan đến hoạt động hàng ngày tại bộ phận và xây dựng những ý tưởng mới cho các hoạt động tại phòng trẻ.
In certain case you may be required to change the nappy and cleanup the children’s droppings that may occur by accident, do not wait for another department to clean it up for you/ Trong trường hợp nhất định bạn buộc phải thay tả và dọn vệ sinh cho trẻ, không đợi bộ phận khác đến dọn hộ.
To ensure that installations of the Kid&039;s Club is in good condition and report any abnormal defects to your superior immediately/ Đảm bảo các thiết bị ở phòng trẻ luôn trong tình trạng tốt, nếu có lỗi bất thường phải báo cáo cho cấp trên ngay lập tức.
Participate in all training programs provided by the Recreation management/ Tham gia vào những khóa đào tạo mà bộ phận tổ chức.
Apply strictly all policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel/ Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt những chính sách, nội quy và quy trình của khách sạn.

Communicate to the supervisor the daily operation and supplies needed/ Thông tin cho giám sát về các hoạt động hàng ngày và yêu cầu những vật dụng cần thiết.
To maintain your work place clean, tidy and organized for the daily operations/ Giữ khu làm việc được sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và bố trí cho các hoạt động hàng ngày.
Handle the request of the guest efficiently/ Giải quyết những yêu cầu của khách một cách hiệu quả.
Stay well groom as per procedures/ Đảm bảo tác phong theo đúng quy định.
Follow all required information to ensure that the guest has a pleasant stay/ Tuân thủ các yêu cầu của khách để đảm bảo khách có kỳ nghỉ thoái mái.
To ensure that children are registered upon entry of the club and that all details are completed on the forms/ Đảm bảo những thông tin của trẻ được điền đầy đủ theo mẫu ngay khi đến nhà trẻ.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned/ Thực hiện các công việc khác được cấp trên giao phó.

Knowledge and Experience

Extrovert and bubbling personality, courteous and efficient/ Hướng ngoại, vui vẻ nhiệt tình và làm việc hiệu quả.
Minimum 1 year working experience as the same position/ Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.

Competencies

Education: High School/Phổ Thông Trung Học
Certification: Pedagogics / Teaching (preferred but not required)/ Sư phạm (không bắt buộc).
