Kid's Club Assistant Manager

Supervise, train, and motivate the Kid’s Club team; support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Support the development and implementation of new programs and continuous improvement initiatives..
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Plan, organize, and oversee a wide range of creative, educational, and recreational activities for children.
Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and purchasing of supplies and materials.
Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Entertainment) to enhance guest experience.
Maintain activity reports, guest feedback records, and operational documentation.
Assist in managing the overall daily operations of the Kid’s Club, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Kid’s Club, childcare, or entertainment, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
Knowledge of child safety, first aid, and safeguarding practices is an advantage.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Education, Childcare, or related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Energetic, creative, and passionate about working with children.
Good English communication and computer skills.
