Administration
Main Duties
• Keeps abreast of new research and developments relating to Kids Club.
• Gives feedback and communicates with the Manager(s) regarding the decoration, rearrangement of equipment and any other aesthetic arrangements.
• Maintains records of all service reservations and to oversee all Kids Club Activities to ensure the level of professionalism is maintained.
• Ensures accurate maintenance of all records necessary for Kids Club’s operations.
• Ensures the professional and efficient operation of the Kids Club.
• Roster and manage departmental manning ( schedule, work effort…)
• Oversees the Kids Club operations and ensures the required level of professionalism is maintained at all times.
• Together with Department Management to coordinates all Kids Club- training and development programs, ensuring the correct standards are followed.
Customer Service
• Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
• Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
Financial
• Ensures that the department&039;s operational budget is in line and all cost are strictly controlled.
• Implements and monitors all systems of stock control and inventory for all operating areas in the Spa.
• Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi- skilling, multi- tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
Marketing
• Greets VIP guests and potential membership clientele and conduct tours as necessary.
• Attends promotional parties and activities as required.
Operational
• Prepares employee hours via roster with regards to peak/low periods in accordance with the recognised standards of operation as highlighted in the department operation manual.
• Assists in the organisation and programming of all events including the procurement of sponsorship as required.
• Ensures all Policy and Procedures concerning lost property, incident reports and guest complaints are observed.
• Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the operation areas of the Kids Club through effective supervision.
• Ensures through effective management teamwork and efficient supervision that all services offered within the Kids Club are available and executed with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the set standards.
• Prepares maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Organises and employs part- timer/casual employees to cover for sickness, holidays and special requirements.
• Maintains careful and diligent security control of the total Kids Club and surrounding public areas with regards to the persons and property therein. Records any such incidents to the Kids Club and Security Manager as required.
• Records and follow- up any recognised maintenance requirement in equipment or plant works as they occur. Submits a monthly report on all aspects of the Kids Club operation to the Spa Manager.
Personnel
• Ensures all employees have a complete understanding and adhere to hotels policy and procedures.
• Orientates new employees and conduct training courses for newly hires and existing employees.
• Ensures that all employees report for duty punctually and are correctly attired at all times.
• Assists in the building and maintenance of an efficient management and employee team by taking an active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development.
• Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with employees, supports them in their professional development goals.
Other Duties
• Reads the hotel&039;s Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel&039;s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.
• Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
• Maintains strong, professional relationships with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels and other organisations, including tour operators and local travel agents.
• Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.
• Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
• Responds to changes in the Rooms function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.

Minimum requirements
Strong facilitation and coaching, communication skills.

Yêu cầu tối thiểu
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Vui chơi Giải trí, ưu tiên trong môi trường khách sạn/nhà hàng cao cấp.
Hiểu biết sâu sắc về tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ phù hợp với Park Hyatt và Forbes Travel Guide.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Recreation, preferably within luxury hospitality.
Deep understanding of service standards aligned with Park Hyatt and Forbes Travel Guide.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
