MJ Art Group Co., Ltd. is currently the owner of BIDU, an e- commerce platform specializing in fashion and beauty. With a mission to elevate the standards of fashion and beauty shopping in Vietnam, we have created a reliable and standardized platform that ensures quality and suitability for both buyers and sellers, meeting the diverse clothing needs of each individual.

Performance Tracking: Collect and analyze data (engagement, views, clicks, conversions) to measure affiliated campaign success.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, authentic relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
Content Oversight: Monitor content quality, ensure brand messaging consistency, and manage revisions.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop briefs, scripts, and guidelines; plan content calendars; coordinate content creation (photos, videos).
Negotiation: Handle contracts and costs with KOLs and agencies.
Reporting: Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, using insights to improve future strategies.
KOL Identification & Vetting: Research and find relevant KOLs/influencers on platforms (Threads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with brand goals and fashion industry

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media trends & platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in influencer marketing, community management, or digital marketing.
Strategic, creative, and detail- oriented. Project management and execution abilities.
Familiarity with fashion &. beauty industries
