Korean Interpreter (Over 3 Years In Garment)

- A company that provides MES solutions to sewing companies.
- When providing our company&039;s system to a customer&039;s (sewing company) factory, the role is to provide various solutions and guide usage.
Nhiệm vụ chính

System Implementation and Support
Provide SCM, MES, and ERP systems to apparel manufacturing clients.
Acquire in- depth knowledge of the systems and deliver user training and setup support to clients.
Customer Communication and Improvement Support
Collect and analyze client feedback and system improvement requests.
Communicate and coordinate with headquarters in Korea regarding system updates or issue resolutions.
Propose process improvement solutions to enhance client operational efficiency.
On- site Support and Business Trips
Conduct on- site visits when required to assist with system implementation and operation.
Perform data analysis and reporting on sewing process operations.

Experience
Ability to analyze data sheets and understand various departmental documents used in sewing factories.
Background in Production Planning, IE (Industrial Engineering), or Production Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing workflows from inbound to outbound processes.
Language & Computer Skills
Proficiency in Korean or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Other Requirements
Strong communication and problem- solving skills.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in a multinational or cross- cultural environment.
Experience in implementing or operating ERP/MES systems in the apparel industry.
Experience in data- driven process improvement or project management.

- Salary level: 10,000,000 VND- 15,000,000 VND
- Business trips (if necessary)
- Basically working in Hanoi office
- Possible to travel to Vietnam when necessary (accommodation provided, up to 2 weeks at a time)
- Parking fee, 13th month salary, condolence expenses according to internal regulations
- Based on Vietnamese labor law
- Performance bonus payment based on the company&039;s annual profit
