Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Korean- speaking professional to join our team. This multifaceted role combines Executive Assistant duties for our BODs, Professional Interpretation across various departments, and Sales Support/Administration. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our Korean leadership and local operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient business processes
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support (Secretarial)
• Organize and coordinate high- level meetings and corporate events.
• Manage and assist the President’s schedule, travel arrangements, and protocol for internal/external activities.
• Handle confidential documents and facilitate communication between the BOD’s office and other departments.
Interpretation & Communication
• Provide professional Korean- Vietnamese interpretation for the President and management during government affairs (G.A.), sales meetings, and administrative reviews.
• Translate official documents, reports, and business correspondence to ensure accuracy in cross- cultural communication.
Sales & Administrative Support
• Perform general sales- related administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• A/R Management: Monitor payment schedules and support the collection process (receivables).
• Order Coordination: Manage the end- to- end process of order placement, inventory tracking, and shipping/logistics coordination.
• Account Management: Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
