- Maintain a solid understanding of APIs and database structures relevant to assigned projects.
- Understand and analyze business processes related to ERP and CRM systems.
- Facilitate communication between developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Support technical communication, bridging gaps between technical and non- technical teams.
- Conduct requirements analysis to ensure project specifications are met.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when necessary.
- Support project management activities, including documentation review and schedule management.
- Monitor project progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Use Jira for issue tracking and project coordination.

- Ability to manage schedules and track issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Korean, TOPIK level 6 or above.
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Korean Interpreter / Assistant.
- Proficiency in technical communication and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Korean language or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and Korean.
- Ability to review and understand database structures, including table relationships and basic schema logic.
- Ability to support PM- level schedule planning and management.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong problem- solving mindset and commitment to project alignment.
- Basic understanding of APIs and database concepts.
- Proactive, self- motivated, and highly responsible.
- Familiarity with project management tools, especially Jira.
- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.
