Kỹ Sư Dịch Vụ Kỹ Thuật – Services Engineer (Optical / Medical Devices)

Responsible for providing technical solutions, demonstrating equipment, and selling refractive measurement devices and automatic lens edging machines to eye hospitals, clinics, and optical stores. This is a key position that builds customer trust in the durability and accuracy of products through strong technical expertise.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on new technologies and solutions from competitors (Nidek, Essilor, Huvitz, Topcon, etc.) to refine sales strategies and strengthen value propositions.
• Technical Support: Install, hand over, and train customer staff on machine operation and maintenance. Provide first- level technical troubleshooting upon customer request.
• Product Demonstration: Operate machines directly and perform sample lens edging or trial eye examinations to demonstrate product features and accuracy at showrooms or customer sites.
• After- Sales Service: Build and maintain long- term customer relationships; conduct periodic equipment inspections and recommend upgrades or replacement of consumables and spare parts (grinding wheels, drill bits, etc.).
• Consulting & Sales: Proactively identify, approach, and develop relationships with optical dealers and medical facilities. Advise customers on suitable equipment based on their scale and operational needs (e.g. 3D edging machines, multifunction refractors, lens edging robots).
