Kỹ Sư Khuôn - Production Technician

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical problems.
Review and interpret 3D drawings (CAD) for production planning and mold evaluation.
Operate, monitor, and optimize production equipment in cookware manufacturing.
Work directly with molds: setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Support new product introduction and process validation.
Maintain accurate records of production activities and improvements.
Must have experience in factory automation
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with production standards.
Identify issues and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects.

Requirements

Ability to read and work with 2D/3D drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Minimum 3 years of experience in a cookware factory or metal forming environment.
Good communicate in Chinese
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem- solving skills.
Experience in process improvement (Lean, Kaizen is a plus).
Strong understanding of molds, stamping/pressing, forming, polishing, or related processes.
