Lắp đặt & bảo trì máy rót sake
• Kiểm tra định kỳ tại các điểm lắp đặt để đảm bảo máy vận hành ổn định.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures promptly.
• Perform routine inspection visits to maintain long- term stability.
• Lắp đặt, hiệu chỉnh và bàn giao máy rót sake theo kế hoạch triển khai.
• Bảo trì định kỳ: thay bình khí, kiểm tra đường ống, vệ sinh linh kiện.
• Conduct routine maintenance: nitrogen replacement, tubing checks, cleaning.
• Chẩn đoán lỗi và sửa chữa hoặc thay linh kiện kịp thời.
• Install, configure, and verify sake dispensers per deployment plan.
Nitrogen System Support
Quản lý hệ thống Nitơ
• Theo dõi lượng khí sử dụng và đảm bảo luôn đủ nguồn cung.
• Monitor and log nitrogen usage for continuous supply.
• Thay bình khí đúng quy trình để duy trì áp suất ổn định.
• Replace nitrogen tanks ensuring stable dispensing pressure.
• Install and test nitrogen system: regulators, tubing, connectors.
• Lắp đặt & kiểm tra hệ thống khí nitơ: van giảm áp, ống dẫn, đầu nối.
IoT
IoT Module & Mini- PC Maintenance
Bảo trì hệ thống IoT & mini- PC
• Maintain mini- PC/IoT modules ensuring stable connectivity.
• Bảo trì mini- PC / module IoT, đảm bảo kết nối mạng ổn định.
• Troubleshoot network issues (WiFi/LAN/MQTT/API).
• Xử lý các lỗi kết nối mạng (WiFi/LAN/MQTT/API).
• Hỗ trợ đồng bộ dữ liệu & hiển thị trạng thái thiết bị lên Dashboard.
• Thực hiện nâng cấp, cài lại hệ thống hoặc xử lý từ xa theo yêu cầu.
• Perform updates, reinstalls, or remote configuration as instructed.
• Support backend data sync and device status monitoring.
Technical Documentation
Tài liệu kỹ thuật & báo cáo
• Ghi chép quy trình lắp đặt, nhật ký bảo trì, báo cáo lỗi.
• Tổng hợp lỗi thường gặp để báo lại cho đội R&D / vận hành / cung ứng.
• Collect and relay recurring issues for product optimization.
• Document installation steps, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Cross- team Collaboration
Phối hợp liên phòng ban
• Tham gia thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới & nâng cấp công nghệ.
• Coordinate deployment and inspection plans with Operations Manager.
• Support sales team during installation for training duties.
• Participate in testing new products and system upgrades.
• Hỗ trợ bộ phận Sales trong buổi lắp máy để đào tạo nhân viên nhà hàng.
• Phối hợp kế hoạch triển khai với Operations Manager.

Required / Bắt buộc
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Cơ khí / Điện / Cơ điện tử / IT / IoT.
• Understanding of basic networking (WiFi, Router, IP).
• Able to diagnose & repair independently.
• 1–3 years experience: machine installation, technical support, IoT maintenance.
• Comfortable with fieldwork & restaurant site work.
• 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm: lắp đặt thiết bị, kỹ sư bảo trì, bảo trì máy pha cà phê/IoT.
• Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài hiện trường & di chuyển.
• Good communication to report to CS & Operations Manager.
• Hiểu mạng cơ bản (WiFi, router, địa chỉ IP).
• Có khả năng tự chẩn đoán và sửa lỗi thiết bị.
• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, IT, or IoT.
• Giao tiếp tốt, báo cáo kịp thời cho team CS và Operations Manager.
Preferred / Ưu tiên
• Experience with F&B equipment (coffee machine, beer tap, POS).
• Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh.
• Able to read English technical documentation.
• Kinh nghiệm thiết bị F&B như máy pha cà phê, vòi bia, POS.
• Able to ride motorbike/drive car for field visits.
• Có kinh nghiệm kết nối IoT (MQTT, API).
• Biết lái xe máy/ô tô phục vụ công việc.
• Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, API).

• Base salary + maintenance bonus
•Lương cứng: 10 – 15 triệu
Hoa hồng: 1.5–2.5%
