Analyze and troubleshoot product‐related technical issues, delivering suitable solutions to meet customer needs.
Provide technical support to customers across Southeast Asia through online channels (video guidance, remote troubleshooting, online meetings, etc.).
Prepare and produce technical training videos to support customers and service partners in understanding product installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Monitor the status of service requests to ensure they are handled promptly and effectively.
Prepare and update technical documents, user guides, and training materials.
Provide customer guidance on proper installation, operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting of the product.
Work closely with internal teams, including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics, to resolve relevant matters.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical–Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related technical fields. Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.
Fresh graduates with strong technical backgrounds, basic knowledge of electricity and electronics, and good writing, basic photo and video editing skills are encouraged to apply.
0–4 years of experience in technical service or after sales service.
