Kỹ Thuật Viên O&M/ O&M Technician (Operations & Maintenance)

PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC / JOB SCOPE
- Kỹ thuật viên O&M là thành viên của đội ngũ O&M, chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các hoạt động vận hành, bảo trì và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật nhằm đảm bảo nhà máy điện gió vận hành an toàn, hiệu quả và tối ưu chi phí.
- The O&M Technician is a member of the Operations & Maintenance team, responsible for performing operational, maintenance, and technical support activities to ensure the wind power plant operates safely, efficiently, and cost- effectively.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate equipment during start- up, shutdown, normal operation, and emergency conditions in compliance with procedures to ensure safety and performance.
- Vận hành thiết bị trong các trạng thái khởi động, dừng máy, vận hành bình thường hoặc khẩn cấp theo đúng quy trình, đảm bảo an toàn và hiệu suất.
- Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, sửa chữa và khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống cơ khí, điện và điều khiển.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Hỗ trợ quản lý vận hành nhà máy: xây dựng quy trình vận hành, lập báo cáo môi trường, quản lý mua sắm và tồn kho, cùng các công việc khác theo Hợp đồng O&M với khách hàng.
- Thực hiện và duy trì vệ sinh, sắp xếp khu vực làm việc nhằm đảm bảo môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, sạch sẽ và an toàn.
- Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường (HSE).
- Maintain housekeeping and organize work areas to ensure a professional, clean, and safe working environment.
- Strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Support plant operation management, including developing operational procedures, preparing environmental reports, managing procurement and inventory, and performing other tasks under the O&M contract with clients.
- Đảm bảo hoạt động nhà máy tuân thủ pháp luật, yêu cầu khách hàng và các tiêu chuẩn ngành.
- Ensure plant operations comply with legal regulations, client requirements, and industry best practices.
- Be available for scheduled or ad- hoc business travel as required.
- Sẵn sàng đi công tác theo kế hoạch hoặc đột xuất khi có yêu cầu
