KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products to ensure a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment.
• Support the Spa team in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional techniques, attentive service, and genuine care.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on guests’ needs and preferences.
• Maintain high service quality and contribute to guest satisfaction.
• Perform professional spa treatments including body massage, relaxation therapies, skincare treatments, and other spa services according to the resort’s standards.
• Build positive relationships with guests through friendly and professional communication. Participate in training programs to improve technical skills and stay updated with new spa techniques.
• Follow spa procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations at all times.

• Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Well- groomed, responsible, and team- oriented
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Professional attitude with good customer service skills.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills is an advantage.
