Learning & Development:
Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments.
Lead and implement training programs based on organizational needs.
Organize and manage internal training sessions and workshops, collaborating with external trainers as necessary.
Internal Event & Internal Communication Management:
Support large- scale events such as YEP, team building, Group- wide meetings, etc.
Design & draft internal communication memos/ posters from HR team to employees
Plan and execute internal events such as workshops and engagement initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good design skills with common tools such as Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint.
International Academic Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an overseas institution to leverage global management standards and diverse cultural perspectives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or event management.
Creative thinker with the ability to strategize and design effective programs and events.
Able to perform as a MC is preferrable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
High adaptability and responsiveness in a fast- paced environment.
Able to travel to other sites within a working day.
Passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.
