Lab Technician

Test products according to SOP or Work Instruction and do other tasks that assigned by direct management.
Daily operations

Comply with safety regulations in the laboratory, such as lab coat, gloves, masks, goggles, safety shoes...
Record, code and store samples complying with regulations to avoid confusion between samples.
Immediately notify supervisor or team leader whenever detect abnormal problems during sample preparation.
Perform testing products for every test method assigned by direct manager.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the laboratory.
Check, preserve tools, equipment:
Check equipment and tools after each workday.
Ensure reports issue on time and accuracy
Check the condition of equipment and tools before used. Immediately notify superiors and equipment group when there is any problem with the equipment and tools. Make sure the equipment and tools are used properly, in good condition, and also within the calibration (if any).

Development new test method

Develop new test method as manager’s request.

Handling of equipment

Create Work Instruction for all instrument in toys lab.
Monitoring the breakdown time of instrument and do corrective action.
Check the status of all equipment to ensure its under maintenance and calibration schedule.
Properly monitoring the capacity of each equipment to ensure its not damaged

Others.

Any other duties assigned by the Lab Manager time to time.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English
Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): University, Mechnical or Technology or Chemical or other but at least 2 years worked in TIC.
