Lab Technician – Colorfastness (Textile & Garment Testing)

You will act as the Member of Lab Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support Lab supervisor in managing day- to- day activities within your responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring regular calibration and verification
Follow international test standards and procedures accurately
Perform the assigned physical tests and evaluate test results to ensure complying with the standards within turnaround time
Properly store chemicals, glassware, and consumables; track inventory to ensure smooth lab operations
Assist Lab Manager/Supervisor with quality document updates, test development, and validation
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager/Supervisor
Adhere to laboratory quality and safety guidelines, keeping the work area organized and safe
Review and interpret test results before data entry

Bachelor’s Degree in Garment/Textile/chemistry or its equivalent
Proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Good English communication
2- 3 years in textile testing, with a focus on colorfastness preferred
Familiarity with ISO17025 Quality Management System preferred
