Information Management & Communication
• Act as the main point of contact for internal communication within the Laboratory
Department, focusing on handling inquiries related to lab operations and quality.
• Respond to inquiries where possible or forward information to relevant laboratory teams for
follow- up.
• Receive notifications from the Lab Doctor (LD) and forward them to related departments when
required.
Complaint Handling
• Receive complaints related to laboratory operations, technical issues, and quality matters.
• Coordinate with laboratory teams and related departments to verify, investigate root causes
and corrective action (if required), and provide feedback to the CS team/Lab
Helpdesk/Customers.
• Follow up on complaint handling progress until ticket closure.
• Summarize the complaints weekly to Laboratory Management.
Add- on Test & Test Cancellation/Refund Handling
cancellation/refund requests.
Receive and coordinate with relevant departments to process add- on test requests and test
Handover & Task Reception
• Monitor and handle pending requests.
• Check and receive handover from the previous shift.
Perform other ad hoc operational support tasks as assigned by management
Yêu cầu công việc
− Willing to work in shifts as assigned by management.
− Ability to communicate in English and experience working with the JIRA system are advantages.
− Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
− Good communication and cross- functional coordination skills.
− College or University degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
− Knowledge of laboratory workflows and processes.
