Laundry Supervisor (Night Shift) | Giám Sát Giặt Ủi Ca Đêm

Manage uniform distribution and ensure proper tracking and control.
Prepare daily reports, logs, and shift handover to the next team.
Inspect linen and garments for quality, cleanliness, and proper handling.
Ensure timely and high- quality processing of all laundry items, especially urgent guest requests.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper use of laundry equipment and chemicals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations during the night shift (linen, guest laundry, and uniforms).
Handle guest or staff concerns professionally during the shift.
Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and handle minor equipment issues.
Train and guide team members to improve performance and compliance.

Basic English communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast- paced environment.
Diploma or relevant certification in Hospitality or related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards.
Ability to work independently and handle night shift operations.
Good knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and fabric care.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.

100% salary during the probation period (2 months).
