Layout & Planogram Specialist

Partner with Commerce team to integrate merchandising, promotion and activation plans for offline stores
Develop layout for highlighted tables according to monthly campaign and stock level.
Manage plan & execution of displaying for near expired, slow moving, and overstock.
Identify potential brand/products and display volume for each stores&039; type.
Ensure excellent operational display & stock for new store openings.
Develop brand layout & product position at store level, from new & existing store based on historical, demands of customer needs, and market trends.
Develop & manage implementation of process In Out brand until product level.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Bachelor’s/College degree in Retail Management or relevant fields (merchandising, visual display, retail operations)
Effective communication and strong collaboration with cross- functional teams
Strong skills in space arrangement, range management, merchandising and sales analysis
Above 2 years in retail experience operations, merchandising (Cosmetic retail experience is a plus) is required
Proficiency in English with good comprehension skills is preferred.
Detail- oriented with good time management skills
Able to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of store presentation
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, artwork)
Proactive mindset with strong problem- solving abilities
