Build and optimize scalable, high- performance microservices
Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for high- performance applications, particularly in fintech domains
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and security
Collaborate with cross- functional and distributed teams to deliver robust solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficient in using Git and familiar with CI/CD pipelines
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem- solving skills and good understanding of system design principles
At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development, preferably in IT outsourcing projects.
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object- Oriented Programming (OOP).
Solid experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka or workflow engines
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of distributed systems and high- performance applications (fintech is a plus)
Hands- on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
