Leadtime Compliance Supervisor

Ensure that production lead times at insole factories meet established company standards, customer requirements, and compliance expectations. Maintain, and continuously optimize the production lead time management system to improve overall execution efficiency and lead time performance. The Leadtime Compliance Supervisor reports to the Director of Sourcing.
The Leadtime Compliance Supervisor is responsible to manage production lead times for customer orders and ensure lead time compliance in order to achieve defined performance objectives. Monitor production progress at Vietnam insole factories and work closely with the manufacturing department to track actual production execution. Escalate and discuss significant production issues, lead time risks, or exceptions in a timely manner with the Director of Sourcing, provide accurate and timely production and lead time information to support management in making decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to understand forecast information and raw material readiness, in order to enhance production lead time control

Review Daily Production Shedule Reports to identify potential lead‑time delays and issue early warnings

Maintain close contact with insole factory to understand the production plan, assess the degree of match between the production manufacturing delivery commitment and the order requirements, check the consistency of the production progress with the plan, and assist in handling any delivery anomalies that occur during production.

Maintain close coordination with the Manufacturing department to track raw material quality inspection and production order inspection progress, ensuring that all raw materials complete quality inspection and are approved for mass production prior to bulk manufacturing, and that Insole inspections are completed in a timely manner to enable on- time, issue- free shipment.
For urgent delivery orders, work closely with the Order Management team and coordinate with insole suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure effective control and fulfillment of delivery lead time requirements.

Track and manage production lead times for re- production orders resulting from defective or returned insole products, coordinating closely with insole factories and the manufacturing department to ensure effective lead time control

As required, assist the Sourcing team member in organizing and participating in cross- functional meetings with relevant departments to resolve order- related lead time issues.

Implement systematic lead time control, including continuous monitoring of raw material lead times, timely escalation and reporting of production progress exceptions, and prompt execution of corrective actions to effectively mitigate and reduce delivery risks.
Provide timely production lead‑time progress reports to the Director of Sourcing and the Sourcing Team; establish and implement verification procedures and exception‑recording standards; and continuously monitor and evaluate lead time performance to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and effective lead time control.

Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus.

Bachelor&039;s degree in business.
Over 5 years of experience in production lead‑time management within manufacturing environments (preferably footwear), including at least 2 years of team leadership or management experience. Candidates with familiarity in the production processes, capacity characteristics of Vietnam‑based factories will be given priority.
