Learning And Development Executive

The Learning And Development/ Training Executive is responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Manager in designing, organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs and employee engagement initiatives to enhance service standards, employee performance, and organizational culture at Corona Resort & Casino.
Responsibilities:

Support the Learning & Development Manager in conducting training needs analysis, developing annual training plans, and implementing learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with training providers, educational institutions, and professional associations...
Prepare, maintain, and manage training records, materials, databases, schedules, and training reports.
Organize, coordinate, and monitor the effectiveness of the Company&039;s training programs and employee engagement activities.
Be responsible for coordinating and facilitating orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D/ Training Executive or similar role.
Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Professional appearance.
Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred.
Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Strong understanding and appreciation of luxury hospitality standards.
Good English communication skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
