- Develop strategies, plan, and implement onboarding programs, general training, corporate culture initiatives, and specialized/R&D training programs.- Collaborate with departments to identify training needs; develop content, manuals, job aids, and e- learning modules to enhance employee capabilities.- Manage, supervise, and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, post- training assessments, and key performance metrics.- Propose and implement solutions to improve training quality and enhance employee learning experiences.- Communicate and organize activities to promote corporate culture, strengthen engagement, and enhance overall employee experience.
